The 2000 Team and Organization Development Sourcebook is the fifth annual edition of a yearly sourcebook filled with experiential learning exercises, questionnaires, job aids, and "how-to" articles. Each tool can be easily removed and photocopied for distribution to team members! The 2000 Sourcebook will contain approximately 40 tools to build teams and organizations. These kinds of tools will include: a team activity (a game, exercise, or learning task that develops knowledge, attitudes, or skills); an assessment instrument (evaluative tool intended to build awareness, provide feedback about a specific situation and promote individual or group reflection); a helpful handout (succinct description of practical tips that help when developing individuals, teams, or organizations); a practical guide ("how to" article containing useful ideas and guidelines for implementing an idea or initiative). All of the resources in the sourcebook have a direct practical application to the daily work of trainers, consultants, and Human Resources Development (HRD) professionals. Topics may include: assessment of team functioning, conflict resolution, cooperative and trust building, creative problem solving, customer service, goal setting and planning, facilitating teams, managing and leading change, organizational initiatives, quality and continuous improvement, team development.
